Service Description

Ronni Ford is an Energy/Spiritual Worker, Yoga Instructor for 22 years, Empath, Psychic and Crystal Healer. In this workshop, Ronni will lead an in-depth exploration and discussion on: What is health to you? What is Ascension to you? Why are physical movements like yoga, for example, important to you? You will learn to use the Ascension Chakras to connect to your community and improve relationships. You will learn new colors for the 7 physical chakras and the 15 in total Ascension Chakra energy available to us now as planetary consciousness upgrades. In addition, with Ronni, you will practice candle gazing for heart clearing and expanding; learn tools for upgrading your frequency when triggered; and explore simple shapes and movements to embody each Chakra. No previous yoga experience is necessary. We have yoga mats, j-chairs and cushions, however bring your own mat, blankets, etc. for your own comfort.
